2022 Urban Land Institute Finalist for “Best Boutique Development”.
On a 37 foot wide lot, this project is a true example of urban infill. An office and retail building will be directly adjacent to the street with four, three story townhomes behind it which cantilever across the site to allow for site access and parking. The east façade pushes and pulls to allow for windows fronting a zero setback property line.
