2022 Urban Land Institute Finalist for “Best Boutique Development”. lOcated On a 37 foot wide lot, this project is a true example of urban infill.  An office and retail building ARE POSITIONED directly adjacent to the street with THREE, three story townhomes behind it. The east façade pushes and pulls to allow for windows fronting a zero setback property line.
